This started out as my hotlist, but should metamorphise into a guide to all these information resources.
Several sections and subsections need to be expanded.

Why?

Mosaic hotlists are much easier to deal with when you give them some sort of organization to explain what all these cryptic names are. I've also taken this opportunity to check over them all and add a number of new ones that I used to get at indirectly (and, hell, to launch an exploring session to find more neat stuff).
